Terms & Conditions: SinCitySocial
Effective Date: December 29, 2025

By engaging SinCitySocial ("the Company," "we," "us") for event planning, design, or coordination services, you ("the Client," "you") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services
SinCitySocial agrees to perform the event planning services as outlined in your specific Service Proposal or Invoice. Any changes to the scope of work (e.g., additional guests, change of venue, or added hours) may result in additional fees.

2. Payments & Deposits
Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer/deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.

Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels the event, all deposits paid to date are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may require full payment of the remaining balance.

Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate a change of date; however, rescheduling is subject to our availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Force Majeure: SinCitySocial is not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disaster), war, government regulations, or pandemics.

4. Vendor Relations
Third-Party Contracts: SinCitySocial may recommend vendors (catering, DJ, floral, etc.), but the Client will enter into direct contracts with those vendors.

Vendor Liability: We are not responsible for the performance, products, or insurance of third-party vendors. Any disputes with vendors must be handled directly between the Client and the vendor.

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:

Providing accurate information regarding budget, guest count, and preferences.

Securing necessary event insurance (if required by the venue).

Obtaining all necessary permits or licenses for the event.

6. Liability & Indemnification
Damage to Property: The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the venue or SinCitySocial’s property by the Client’s guests or invitees.

Limitation of Liability: SinCitySocial’s total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to the Company.

Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SinCitySocial from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the event or the conduct of the Client’s guests.

7. Damage, Theft, and Loss
A. Client Responsibility: The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, equipment, decor, linens, furniture, or props provided by SinCitySocial or our rental partners, caused by the Client, their guests, or any invitees.

B. Damage Deposit: SinCitySocial reserves the right to require a refundable Security Deposit prior to the event. This deposit will be returned within 7 business days following the event, minus any costs for professional cleaning, repair, or replacement of damaged items.

C. Assessment of Fees: > * Standard Damage: Items returned with stains, tears, or minor breakages will be billed at the professional cleaning or repair rate.

Total Loss/Theft: If an item is stolen, lost, or damaged beyond repair (including permanent stains or burns), the Client will be billed for the full retail replacement value of the item, plus any shipping and rush fees required to restock the item.

D. Post-Event Inspection: A post-event inventory will be conducted by SinCitySocial within 24 hours of the event conclusion. Our assessment of damage or loss is final. If damages exceed the security deposit, the Client will be invoiced for the balance, which is due immediately upon receipt.

8. Media & Promotion
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, SinCitySocial reserves the right to use photos and videos of the event for promotional and portfolio purposes. If the Client requires "NDA-level" privacy, this must be requested in writing before the contract is signed.
